Graduated and went to boot-camp in Orlando (2 weeks later) then was stationed on Okinawa, Japan from 89-92 where I met my wife of almost 17 years Michelle (also in the Navy). After that, we went to Misawa, Japan from 93-96 where I ran in Steve Anderson (Air Force linguist at the time). Michelle and I returned to the US and attended the University of South Alabama - College of Nursing and graduated in 99. We were stationed in Bethesda, MD from 99-01 then returned to Okinawa from 01-04. We have been in Pensacola, FL since 04 and should be for a few more months, not sure where to next (guess that is up to the Navy, both of us are career Officers). Two children have entered our lives, Trinity 7 and Logan 5 she born in Bethesda, he in Okinawa. I have deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism working at the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay Cuba and was supposed to be in Kuwait at this time, but mission requirements preempted my deployment. I wish you all well and hopefully a webcam can be set up at the reunion so that those of us unable to attend can say “hi”.
